It's important to make sure that once you pulled the piece up into your hair that it sits firm in one place. Meaning that it shouldnt move anymore by itself and it should be a little hard to pull it back down using your hands. So just push it up to the max and nothing will happen! We've been testing Gemz in all kinds of situations from clubbing, to messy bedmoments and we never lost a piece ;) We do recommend just as with your other jewelry pieces to keep them away from water, hairproducts or creams and avoid sleeping with them, just to keep them shiny and fresh Oh and another little tip: When you're not wearing them put them back into their box ;)

You can. But if you want the shine of your piece to last longer we recomaned not to, also it's important to keep them away from any shampoos creams or other hairproducts.

Our pieces are created to last. Therefore we only use the best metals: solid 925 sterling silver and solid 18k gold. If you buy a "gold-plated" piece, then it is made of solid 925 sterling silver with a 24k gold coating. Be aware that it is normal that this coating wears off after some time - which is no problem because we can always replate them ;) Simply put: no breaking of the pieces and no green or copper coloring EVER.
